After 35 years, there isn’t anything we haven’t seen or experienced, or at least it seems so. There is no magic to what we know or have accomplished. But we do believe that if you are to grow a loyal cobroker network you must offer one thing your competitors don’t.
The authority for our claim: $3 billion in new homes and condominium sales, of which about $2 billion was cobrokered while our team represented the home builder, builder-developer as the exclusive onsite sales and marketing team.

Clients are limited to one per market, 90-day commitment required, with first refusal rights to continue. Fees are low, not because we don’t know what we are doing, but because we do. We also understand the times. We all need help, including us! We know that we have a different philosophy about how to build a cobroker network that produces sales than just about everybody else. But cobrokers sold about $2 billion worth of our homes, so we can’t help but feel totally confident in what we offer.
